RCCG The Chapel Norwich ā Donation Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all offline donation payments made to RCCG The Chapel Norwich via direct bank transfer. By making a donation to RCCG The Chapel Norwich, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Charity Information
RCCG The Chapel Norwich is a registered branch of The Redeemed Christian Church of God in the United Kingdom and operates solely for charitable purposes. All donations support our ministry, community outreach, building projects, and related activities.
3. Donation Purpose
You may direct your donation to one of the following accounts: ā¢ Tithes & Offerings ā¢ Church Building Fund ā¢ Church Project Fund
If a donation is made without a specific reference, RCCG The Chapel Norwich reserves the right to allocate the funds at its discretion.
4. Bank Transfer Details
All donations should be made to Lloyds Bank using the following account information:

Please include your full name and donation purpose in the payment reference where possible.
5. Receipts & Confirmation
You may request a confirmation receipt of your donation by emailing info@rccgthechapel.org with the payment reference, amount, date, and your contact details. Confirmation receipts are not automatically issued for offline donations.
6. Gift Aid Eligibility
If you are a UK taxpayer, your donation may be eligible for Gift Aid, allowing RCCG The Chapel Norwich to claim an extra 25p for every Ā£1 you donate. To enable this, a Gift Aid declaration must be completed and submitted to the church office or via our website.
7. Refund Policy
Donations are considered final and non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplication), please contact info@rccgthechapel.org within 14 days, and we will review your request.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
RCCG The Chapel Norwich is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will only be used for purposes related to your donation and communications you have opted in to.
You may request access to, or the deletion of, your data at any time by contacting info@rccgthechapel.org.
9. Use of Funds
Donations will be used to support the mission, vision, and ongoing work of RCCG The Chapel Norwich, including church operations, outreach programs, and building projects. Restricted donations will be honoured as far as reasonably possible.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website at www.rccgthechapel.org.
